Q - Other Searches I've used are very outdated. Is your information current?
A - Extremely! Our data base is updated daily. The only time a home you like should  not be available is if it goes off the market between updates.

Q - Is my search limited to just certain homes in Austin?
A - Absolutely not! Every style, size, price and location listed by Intown Properties
as well as all other REALTORS are there. You can search by city, price, bedrooms, baths, zip code, amenities or any possible combination.

Q - Do you have an automatic email update feature?
A - You bet! Register with our property wizard and you will receive an email notification every time a new listing that matches your criteria becomes available.

Q - What should I do if I find homes I'm interested in?
A - Thought you would never ask!  We would be more than happy to provide additional information on any homes, set up showings, and represent you throughout the purchase of the home you select.

Simply send your name and email address under the "More info request" to let us know more details of your move; and our Client Services Director will see that your request is assigned to one of our licensed REALTOR professionals. Of course you old fashioned types can always phone us at any of the numbers listed to the left.
